Comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests, this lakefront retreat is designed for memory-making and slow, intentional mornings. Features include 2 King Ensuites and 2 Queen Beds—with all beds conveniently located on the lower level of the home to ensure easy, stairs-free access when it's time to rest. You will also love our fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a cozy wine chiller, and an upgraded coffee station with a Starbucks machine to start your day beautifully.

Fill your days with lighthearted play and simple connection. Enjoy a handpicked assortment of indoor board games and outdoor games located in both our garage play area and the main living area. Step outside to unwind on the oversized screened porch with a warming fire table, or gently glide along the shoreline with our provided kayaks and paddleboards.

After a restorative day on the water, quiet your mind in the deep jetted tubs, gather around our handcrafted family dining table for shared meals, or cozy up by the backyard fire pit under the starlit Georgia sky.

Lakefront Paradise is nestled in the quiet, scenic Holiday Shores community on Lake Sinclair. While you'll enjoy a peaceful, lakefront retreat, the vibrant local town of Milledgeville is just 30 minutes away for grocery runs and charming local dining.

Athens (UGA) and Augusta (The Masters) are both approximately 90 minutes away, making our location ideal for event-goers wanting to unwind in peace after a busy day.

Yes! We partner with a local boat rental company that offers our guests an exclusive discount. Bonus: They deliver the boat right to our dock, so you don't have to worry about pickup logistics. Please contact us after booking for the partner details.

Absolutely. You can use the neighborhood boat ramp to put your boat in, and it is an easy drive from there to our dock. The water level right at the dock is wonderfully accommodating, gently shifting between 3 to 5 feet.

Yes, any person 16 years of age or older must possess a valid fishing license. You can easily purchase one online through the state Wildlife Resources Division website. Please note that we do not provide any fishing gear, so be sure to bring your own equipment.

Our property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. We have 6 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds and 4 full bathrooms to ensure everyone has plenty of space.

No, save that suitcase space! We provide FSBE (Full Size Body Essentials) including Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, fully stocked in all bathrooms. We also stock hand soap in all bathrooms.
