Help us welcome guests to clean, comfortable homes across Pittsburgh. You’ll handle full clean up and re staging between our guests checking out and in. A thought out system in following clear checklists so nothing is missed.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces
Change and reset linens and towels
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize high-touch areas
Trash removal, restock essentials, and report inventory
Follow property-specific checklists on your phone
Stage spaces so they’re photo-ready for the next guest

This is a part-time role with work based on bookings. We schedule in advance, as consistently as possible and we communicate changes clearly. Most cleanings take place between 10am-4pm.
Most cleanings happen between guest check-out and check-in windows, with extra demand on weekends and holidays.

Compensation is as a W-2 employee We pay twice monthly.
$17-$23 per hour to start based off of experience and ability to perform additional tasks and functions
13 Week probationary period and guaranteed pay raise after milestones met.
Federal rate reimbursement for mileage in between jobs
Short-term rental properties in and around key Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Exact routes and properties will be discussed during the interview.

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, there’s a good chance this role could be a great fit.
Prior experience with Airbnbs, vacation rentals, or hotels is a plus, but not required. We welcome applicants with any professional cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial background—as long as you’re thorough, reliable, and open to learning our standards.
This is a part-time role and hours can vary week to week based on bookings. Some weeks will be busier than others, especially around weekends and holidays. We’ll discuss your ideal weekly range and try to align that with our cleaning schedule.
Most core supplies and equipment are provided at or for the property, but we may ask you to use a preferred kit or standard products. We’ll go over what’s provided and what you may need to bring during onboarding.
