Rental FAQ

There are strict Condo Association rules that all primary renters must be 25 years or older. Verification will be handled directly by us.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST. Check-out is at 11:00 AM CST to allow cleaning crews to prepare for the next guest.

Parking is open (unassigned) in the complex lot. You must purchase a parking pass online (link provided by your host). It is a one-time fee (not per night) and must be displayed on your dashboard.

No. The Sugar Beach Homeowners Association has a strict No Pet policy for renters. Only owners are allowed to have pets.

Yes, there is a large community pool facing the beach. Please note that the pool is not heated.
